Daisy Festival 78th Anniversary

The Margarita Festival is a gastronomic, tourist, cultural, and historical event celebrating the 78th anniversary of the margarita's creation at the historic Bar Andaluz in the Riviera Social, Civic, and Cultural Center in Ensenada. In 2026, the festival also celebrated its 11th edition as one of the most representative events in Ensenada and Baja California, bringing together gastronomy, music, and a children's area, with free admission for local, national, and international visitors. The event honors the legacy of the world's most famous Mexican cocktail, born in Ensenada in August 1948, inspired by the former owner of the Hotel Playa, Marjorie King Plant, now CSCC Riviera.
