How to request deletion

1. In the app, open Account → Account settings → Delete account.
2. If you cannot access the app, email eduardoprietoapps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and state that you want to delete it.
3. Include only the information needed to identify the account; never send passwords.

What is deleted

We delete the complete account record and delete or disassociate the user identifier, email, name or image received from the provider, favorites, follows, synchronized preferences, and other associated data under our control. We also request corresponding deletion from providers that process this data on our behalf.

What may be kept temporarily

• Minimum technical logs for security, abuse prevention, and incident resolution.
• Backups or logs subject to provider retention cycles.
• Information we must keep to comply with a legal obligation.

Processing time

We will confirm receipt by email and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We may request reasonable identity verification. When complete, we will send confirmation; if a legal obligation requires us to retain specific information longer, we will explain what is kept and why.
