Terms of use
Ensenada Discovery is an informational guide for discovering activities, events, and places in Ensenada. Using the app means accepting these terms.
Confirm details directly with the venue or organizer before traveling, paying, or registering.
1. Service
The app provides an editorial experience for activities, events, and places. Public features can be used without an account; favorites, follows, and synchronized preferences require authentication.
2. Editorial content
We work to present useful and current information, but schedules, prices, availability, locations, links, and conditions may change without notice. A canceled activity may remain visible to communicate its cancellation. Confirm information with the relevant source before making a decision.
3. Accounts and security
Each person is responsible for protecting access to their authentication provider and reporting unauthorized use. You may not interfere with the service, access someone else’s information, or conduct unlawful activity.
4. External services
The app may open maps, calendars, ticket sites, registration forms, social networks, and other apps. We do not sell tickets or process payments in the app. Purchases and relationships with third parties follow their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or content.
5. Reports and support
You can report incorrect information from the app. Reports are reviewed editorially, but no response or correction time is guaranteed. Support is available at eduardoprietoapps@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand, and software are protected by applicable laws. Third-party images, names, brands, and content belong to their owners. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, modify, or exploit the app outside permitted personal use.
7. Availability and limitation
The app is provided as available. Features may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, technical, or editorial reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from changed information, external services, or interruptions beyond our control.
8. Termination and deletion
Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violations. You may stop using the app and, if you created an account, request deletion from Account or through support.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The current date appears at the top. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the current terms.
